Právě teď jsme měli vyzvedávat naše izraelské přátele na letišti v Krakowě a prožít s nimi týden plný vyprávění a představování toho nejlepšího z naší země. Místo toho sledujeme děsivá videa a čteme zprávy, že jsou schovaní v krytech a bojí se o své blízké. Je nám všem moc líto, že výměnný projekt Petach Tikva – Ostrava byl během hodiny zrušen slovy: "Je nám líto, nemůžeme přijet, jsme ve válce."

Myslíme na vás, na vaše rodiny, vaši zemi.

Right now, we were supposed to be picking up our Israeli friends at the Krakow airport and spending a week with them full of storytelling and introducing the best of our country. Instead, we are watching horrifying videos and reading messages that they are hiding in shelters and fearing for their loved ones. We are all very sorry that the Petach Tikva – Ostrava Exchange Project was cancelled within an hour, saying, "Sorry, we cannot come, we are at war."

We are thinking of you, your families, your country. We pray for Israel.
